Between Light and Dark: Guide Contact and Shadow Work – a meeting day with your helpers and the unconscious on May 15, 2026
This meeting day is dedicated to inner alignment and guided awareness , with a central focus on contact with your guides and the higher self . From this safe space, we gently make room for shadow work, inspired by the Jungian approach to consciousness.
It is a day of slowing down, listening, and inner observation , in which you are invited – together with your inner and spiritual helpers – to encounter what usually takes place outside of direct consciousness.
The shadow encompasses those aspects of yourself that once received less attention: emotions, images, inner tensions, or impulses that were not fully integrated. During this day, we approach these layers with curiosity, gentleness, and guidance .
